FYI Lab helps teams turn data into decisions by improving how data is explored and communicated. The work is usually a mix of exploratory analysis, visualization, and editorial structure.
How I work
I keep the process lightweight: align on the question, prototype quickly, then refine hierarchy and annotation so the visuals can be read without a meeting.
